We will only serve charities that have honourable intentions and goals, and for which we can provide effective service.

We only claim verifiable experience, qualifications, and achievements without guarantees or unrealistic promises of raising sums.

We will not use fundraising techniques that could harm the public or damage the reputation of the client or the profession.

Every service we offer is based on an agreed contract that includes the following details: the service that will be provided, the fee that must be paid, the method of payment, the duration of the service, and the arrangements for terminating or revising the contract.

 We do not work on commission. Fees are based on the service to be provided, not related to the size of the  target or amounts raised.

We prioritise confidentiality and avoid conflicts of interest when serving and seeking new clients.
